Our experience with Classic Kitchen & Bath was very enloyable. Larry's help in selecting the proper materials and fixtures was very helpful in designing the bathroom that my wife has always wanted. I also commend the installer, Dave, who was always right on time, very careful in keeping the mess to a minimum, very professional and very friendly to work with. It was easy to see that he enjoys his work. He even made afollow up call to make sure everything was just right. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our new bathroom. We highly reccomend Classic Kitchen & Bath to our friends. more

We decided to purchase and have installed a new Vanity, Sink and Granite Countertop form Classic Kitchen. John at Classic Kitchen was outstanding. He really cares about making sure the job gets done right. No pressure what so ever and he is very patient. There installation team was very proffesional and helpful. I will use them again in the future. Also save yourself time with looking around at other kitchen and bath compaines in that area. We shopped around a lot for ideas for our kitchen. New cabinets, flooring, the works. Started at the big retailers then found out about Classic Kitchen and Bath in Westmont. These guys were fantastic! We showed them our drawings and they came up with a bid that was not only better than the other guys but we got more for our money. Installation was on time as promised and we couldn't be happier. They are the nicest guys to work with. We will tell all our friends about Classic Kitchen and Bath. I wish I had seen anonymous1964's post before contracting with Classic Kitchen and Bath. I agree that this company is horrendous. Larry Larson is very unresponsive and my remodel has been a nightmare. Do not trust Classic Kitchen and Bath in Westmont with your home remodel. I have the wrong cabinets, missing trim, uninstalled lighting, a broken water shutoff valve and the list goes on and on. Larry does not return phone calls, he avoids any and all serious issues by hiding and not being available and has the poorest communication skills I have ever seen in a business setting. Buyers beware! My husband and I have remodeled numerous houses and have had more than our share of dealings with ""shifty"" people. Larry Larson, the owner of Classic Kitchen & Bath, uses capricious pricing methods, and offers poor customer service. When he finally showed us pricing, it was more than 100% higher (more than double) his ballpark estimate. We paid $1500 for a kitchen design and pool house design, and were not given cabinet sizes or the plans that we paid for after we said we wanted to shop around and compare suppliers, since his prices were totally unrealistic. He said he owned that information and would not release it. Now we don't even have detailed enough drawings to go to the village for a permit to start construction. Stay away from this guy. He is rude, and unethical. If this site would permit a zero rating that is what we would rate Classic Kitchen & Bath! I wish we had researched his reputation.
