We were so impressed with Yolanda Taylor and the excellent customer service she provided us. She went out of her way and bent over backwards to make sure my wife and I would be satisfied with our purchase. She was very hands on with us and helping us decide which vehicle would best suit our growing family, she even installed our car seats into two vehicles to make sure we would be satisfied with the room. Once we had made our decision, Yolanda went the extra mile to find us the 2012 Escape we wanted, in the color we wanted, with all the features we wanted, and have it shipped in. When it came time to discuss financing she simply listened to what we were willing to pay monthly and she was able to come within pennies of that number. We will definitely be coming back for our next car! more

Was greeted in a professional manner with no pressure. Selection was very good. Receptionist was very nice. Got the deal that none of the BIG boys down the road could give. Received a phone call from my salesperson two days later to insure my satisfaction. GREAT group of people working there. Will definately do business there again. I went to buy and selected a vehicle and asked for bottom line price and payments. Left to think about it and found price and payments did not match. They added extended warranty with out telling me even after me asking specifically for every detail of price. I left and purchased an identical vehicle at another dealer with the warranty. The difference was HONESTY up front. \r Cons: Sales people are out to get you. more

The sales,service and employees are trash!!! They sell wrecked vehicles when you ask them have they ever been damaged they say no..you go to trade it in at a completely different place to find out it has been wrecked. you go back to classic ford to see if there is anything they will do about it well GUESS what you get..they will sell you a explorer for $19,999 with $5000 down when there internet price is only $17,200!! I wouldn't advise anyone to deal with this trashy place. They lie and are only out for the $. You will get royally screwed if you deal with this place and they DO NOT CARE !!!!
