It was great to come ""home"" when I returned to Classic Collision I had an initial experience with the entire staff after an accident with unforeseen road debris which had severely damaged my car. They were excellent in handling that entire process .This time I returned and was warmly greeted this morning by everyone. They looked at the front bumper which needed to be reconnected to my car on the left side. They said to give him a few minutes and they could fix that while I waited. They were courteous and kind, took my car into their shop and after about fifteen minutes, they returned with the front bumper reconnected securely. It was service that again I do not assume can happen, but it did. My experience was nothing short of awesome, and this seems to be the norm at Classic Collision I wouldn't go anywhere else.\r more

I've used Classic Collision on Buford Highway for many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided by Robert Royals (and others in the office) was excellent. Robert was quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called Robert on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone with Robert, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company to pick up my car - both of which were done within 30 minutes. Robert wanted the least inconvenience to me as possible and wanted the work on my car to be done properly and to my satisfaction. They found the problem quickly (a small pinpo int leak) and began work to fix it. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the work at Classic Collision but this time there was a great leap in customer service which was very impressive. I'll be back when needed (hope not too soon) and will tell my friends about Classic Collision on Buford Highway. Robert is an exceptional representative of your company .\r more

I must say that I was supremely impressed by the quality of service I received at the Buford Highway location. Some loser stole my catalytic converter, and I expected the process to take up to a week to be resolved. From the Geico insurance adjuster on-site to the amazing service received all the way to paying my bill when I picked my car up, I can't say enough about the quality of service. My car was towed in at the very end of the day on a Thursday, and it was ready to go by Friday afternoon! I picked my car up at a very busy time of day, and I never felt like I was being ignored or rushed through the bill pay process. I was even more impressed when I walked outside to find that my car had been washed and vacuumed. Bonus! Thanks, again, for making an incredibly inconvenient situation pleasant!\r more
