A great deal 6/27/2011

I am also long overdue for writing a review for Classic Collision. They took care of me when there was damage made to my car when I had parked on the streets. They gave me a great deal and did a great job fixing my little Mini Cooper up. more

At Classic Collision you can count on top-notch customer service, fair prices and the highest quality body work. They were able to ""undo"" the accidental damage I did to my brand-new Subaru WRX and the finished product was even able to fool my detailer. I was very surprised at the work that was done on my vehicle. I was skeptical and checked every nook and cranny for misalignment of the panels, over spray or any other signs of repair. We were in and out within 15 minutes! Jeff explained the work that was done, gave us a receipt and told us the work was guaranteed so if we found something wrong in a few months from now they would take care of it. Great customer service 6/22/2011

I almost wanted to cry when I heard that my Mazda 3 was hit from behind. Not only because it was in near-mint condition but also because I've had to deal with insurance-based repairs in the past. Because I am new to the state, I wanted to get the repairs done through the Mazda Dealership. They don't have a in house body shop so they sent out the work to Classic Collision in Alpharetta. The gentleman that was working on our case was Jeff Boyd. I cannot believe how quick and painless he made the entire process! The vehicle had been there just over a week and Jeff from CC contacted me almost every other day to give a heads up on what was going on. Great customer service! more

They were very efficient, my car was done a couple of days before it was scheduled to be finished. It was nice to come to a shop, be in and out with no hassle and receive the good quality of service that the staff at Classic Collision provided me. more

Classic Collision Was Great 6/15/2011

Classic Collision did a very nice job on the dent/scrape on our 2005 Prius. The staff was nice, they explained things to me, and charged the same or less as two other places from whom I received estimates. I would definitely go there again. more

The dealership where I bought the car recommended this shop. The paint match is excellent. I can not tell that it was painted. The body is as good as new. They were professional and knowledgeable. They did a good job of communicating. I have recommended them to others. They did an excellent job. They were done in a timely manner. more

Great Service 5/20/2011

I just want to thank everyone who helped me get my car fixed. I had my car towed and that was a disaster. I was so emotional. When I got to Classic Collision they made me feel comfortable. I settled down and they told me exactly what to expect. They were patient and kind. My car was fixed and I was back on the road like it never happened. Thanks so much. more

Great Body Shops throughout GA 5/17/2011

I buy and sell cars all over the state and whenever I have any problems with the cars that I get I always take them to a Classic Collision body shop. They have different locations and I've been to most of them...they always do a good job and for a reasonable price more
