Attention to Detail 7/21/2009

I bought my daughter a used Corolla from Classic and was and still am impressed with our salesguy's attention to detail and his follow-through. We liked the car and obviously bought the car, but even after the sale, my daughter was sitting in the drivers seat as they put her old plates on it and he noticed the floor mats in the back were missing- promising to get new ones (the service dept was already closed) and also that the spare remote start was running low on power. Not really expecting him to take care of this, I took her car back in a few days later and sure enough, he had the floormats and put new batteries in the remote starter. I would definitely go back. more

Horrible experiences.. Stay AWAY!!! 12/28/2005

I bought a Blazer from this place and I have had nothing but problems with it. I had a rattle from the front of the car and it took FOUR trips to the repair department before they found the problem was a loose hinge for the hood. Before they found it they changed shock absorbers, removed part of the dash. They wash your car in a car wash that has brillo pads that scratches your vehicle from top to bottom. I had my oil changed there 3 times and every time I had to remind them to refill the fluids(wind shield washer and radiator) just before they were about to take it off the rack. The service manager is very shifty and the repair shop just doesn't care!! I had some body work done and when I got the truck back there was over spray all over the windshield on the drivers side. My drivers door didn't line up right and water would drip in whenever it rained. When I took it to the repair shop I watched as two "mechanics" pulled down on the top of the door to try to realign it. I asked the supervisor if this was normal to pull on a door like that and he went out to the "mechanics" and had them move my truck to another bay so I couldn't see what they were doing. I have many more stories about this terrible place! Stay away!!!!! more

Parts shop is mediocre 8/5/2005

The salespeople seemed nice when i was shopping here, but the one time I had a problem with a key to my toyota, the key they cut would not work in my trunk for some reason. They did not have an explanation (old key cutting machine?) but they did end up giving me my money back after some pushing. I didn't expect them to give me such a hard time when the key obviously didn't work. Don't know if I'll ever return. more
