Had my car detailed the other day , no less than 4 people worked on the car. Sounds good ah, well it worked well for the interior cleaning , but when it came to the outside not so good. Various staff worked on the outside , none concentrated on the entire car. When the car was done I noticed spots that were missed , watermarks , bug spots and some area where the wax buildup buff marks remained. The Manager did his best to remedy the areas that I identified . When I hot home I saw a myriad of spots similar to those identified above inclusive of wax build up and buff marks . To say the least the place is disorganized , staff do not concentrate on one car at a time , they move at will to other cars , going back and forth between cars to move them out. Quality control is sadly lacking , the customer should not be pointing out obvious flaws. I did not escalate this to Chad as I do not believe this would do any good. Why , the business model is flawed and I do not wish to have people working on my car under conditions of duress. \r
Trust my comments above are actioned upon as I believe this to be a good business concept. Also they need to manage customer expectations. In my case the staff kept selling me upgraded service for what they saw , meaning more money from me , but poorly managing my expectation ....the obvious flaws pointed out earlier in this review were poorly remedied , so my money was wasted .
