i love the job they did in both cars , i like the service and the way they vaccum my cars and the way way they dry it wow excellent job guys you will see me often , good management keep the good job more

I've been to so many car washes in the Valley and because of all the problems I've experienced in the past, I only go to two. This is by far the best!!! I read all the reviews on this place and strongly disagree with the negative although nobody's perfect.. I've actually been there when a customer had a problem, made a big stink and I have to agree with the car wash. Some people are sooo full of it and expect a $150 wash & Wax for eight bucks. Get over it!!! People need to pull the stick out and give props when props are due and stop making S#&T up.. Great place, wonderful staff, nothing but good things to say. KEEP IT UP GUY'S... more

Very excellent wash. Conveniently located, great prices and awesome details. Remember people, you get what you pay for!!I come once a week and always leave happy. Even had the windshield guy repair a crack in my windshield. Very professional and courteous. Iwill continnue to give them my business and recommend this wash to all my friends. 5 stars all day more

I took my new car (2 weeks old) for the first car wash at Classic Car Wash 18470 Devonshire Street, Northridge, CA. (South East Corner of Reseda and Devonshire). This is the place that for the last 10 years is doing my car service detailing. I noticed some scratches on the leather of my passenger's seat. I complained to the person in charge and he asked me to contact the manager that would arrive at noon. Finally, I talked to Mr. John Apikian and in a very rude way, he denied any responsibility and he warned me that in case I filed a small claim for sure I would lose. He treated my wife with disrespect and at the end asked us to abandon his property and never come back again. For a 10 years old customer or even a new, I expected a respectful solution for my complaint. What kind of customer service is this? What type of service is this company given to our neighborhood? Of course I'm not coming back, either my family or friends. I just wanted to cushion the people for this new ownership bad service. more

Employees stole my cell phone. Had to file police report. After threatening further reportage to other agencies, phone miraculously reappeared the next day. Found in the same trash can I had meticulously searched the day before. No apology from the owner, just a verbal assault about my ""making a scene"". Avoid this place! Cons: THEFT more
