I took my new car (2 weeks old) for the first car wash at Classic Car Wash 18470 Devonshire Street, Northridge, CA. (South East Corner of Reseda and Devonshire). This is the place that for the last 10 years is doing my car service detailing. I noticed some scratches on the leather of my passenger's seat. I complained to the person in charge and he asked me to contact the manager that would arrive at noon. Finally, I talked to Mr. John Apikian and in a very rude way, he denied any responsibility and he warned me that in case I filed a small claim for sure I would lose. He treated my wife with disrespect and at the end asked us to abandon his property and never come back again. For a 10 years old customer or even a new, I expected a respectful solution for my complaint. What kind of customer service is this? What type of service is this company given to our neighborhood? Of course I'm not coming back, either my family or friends. I just wanted to cushion the people for this new ownership bad service.
