Classic Car Spa

I'm a snowbird and did a lot of business with Classic Car Spa on Ina Rd. until someone I know had their cell phone stolen while having their car washed there. I will not go there again. more

i drove in without reading reviews got a great deal on interior super clean and shampooing the seats. wait time was an hour or maybe a bit more. 3 guys cleaning my husbands car which was a dirty mans car and after the car spa its clean and tidy!!! 3 years of hubbys neglect erased in just over an hour----i am happy as a clam!!!! love the car spa---friendly and great service!!!! 3 Cars in the whole place, I waited over an hour. I had two cars to wash and said that up front. I did my personal one first and after an hour for a #4 Wash and interior detail I get it back turn on the radio and find the passenger speaker is blown. I had to turn down from my normal level the radio when I came in with it working great. I take it to a Supervisor (No Manager around) and he claims they did not cause it so I point out it worked great and his employee heard it. Suddenly another employee walks up from the Lube Area and says he did not hear it and the original guy has gone home. Now I already paid for my second wash and after 15 minutes of dealing with this supervisor he looks at both speakers seeing they are not stock and its clearly visible the cone is ripped apart not your normal failure for a head unit driven Alpine Type S 2 Way. He then tells me how his GM Can handle it tomorrow morning. They have an audio shop they deal with (To which I ask why they deal with an audio shop if they do not have problems like this, he had no response other than to get mouthy with me). I have been calling all morning to no avail it goes to a cell phone, the mail number 740-0880 is a cell phone??!! I refused to let them wash the other vehicle I am doing a charge back with my bank on both washes. Stay AWAY!!! Cons: Long Waits, Horrible Service, High Prices, No Management. more

Avoid this place like the plague, they will rip you off. Paid 100$ for an interior detail and it was worse than when I took it in. Took it back and they did an even worse job, I felt ripped off , they are rank amateurs and I wouldn't trust them to wash the windshield anymore. Why isn't there any management contact information on their website? It's because they don't want to be associated with this * hole and would be flooded with emails from unsatisfied customers. You can call them but all they will do is offer you free stuff which isn't worth anything. RIP OFF! Can I give it zero stars? Or negative stars? When I drove up, I was approached with a list of ""deals"" and selected to have my engine power-washed and car hand washed for $75. Not too bad because my engine and car were very dusty from being in the desert. I was told it would take 1 hour and 10 min. After waiting 2 and 1/2 hours, I noticed there were still spots all over my car. I paid, without tipping, and left. Two day later, my car broke down. Why?? Well, lets ask Car Spa. They flooded my car while ""safely"" power-washing my engine. $1,200 (engine repairs) + $75 (for the wash) = Need I say more?\r \r \r \r Pros: Nothing. Cons: Takes too long, untrustworthy, completely messed up my vehicle more

I went there asking how long, he said 15 mins for the $22.95 #4 Wash. After waiting 45 minutes, they did a pretty crappy job! Only half of the dash was wiped off, the door jams were not cleaned, you could tell certain things were to be done, they just were not done right. This particular guy was just lazy! I wish I had checked his work before I tipped him! It won't happen again! Pros: Convenient Location. Cons: Not worth the money or time it takes to do a poor job! more

I have to thank Classic car Spa for teaching me to wash every vehicle I own, ON MY OWN. I used this place religously, every week on two vehicles. The wait I could put up with, even though at times it seemed management was... well, not there. Anyways, it all topped off last week when a smart mouthed teenager ran my 18'' alluminum wheels up on the tunnel track. I watched him put the drivers front side up, spin them like crazy... pop the rear up, spin them like crazy on the track, and then pop down, and roll out of the tunnel. I immediately run up to the car. I say ""You have to be more carefull with peoples cars! You just put my rims up on the track!"". He responds with ""No I diddnt!"". I just about smacked the little kid in the face. I cant deal with these underpayed un managed smart mouthed kids destroying my cars. The kid then turns his back and walks into the tunnel. Luckily, I couldnt find any damage so I diddnt persue management. Like I could have found them anyways. Ha Ha Ha. So I will never go back. And if any one from Classic Car Spa reads this, DONT CONTACT ME. I dont want your crappy service!!! Pros: none i can think of ANYMORE Cons: employees, management, wait time, price more
