A little hole-in-the-wall on the way down Torrance Blvd. to the beach...Classic Burger is simply fantastic. A wonderful place to go and grab breakfast on a weekend morning (as you'll see people from most of Torrance and Redondo there in large numbers), nothing is over $6, and made fresh by a friendly staff. The coffee is hot, and even on busy mornings, the staff will go around the restaurant, filling cups. Lunch and dinner is great too - whole chickens can be seen turning on the rotisserie, available in half and whole servings (the half is way too much with the choice of side and tortillas that come with it, but for $6.95, I can't complain). The house Family Burger is 99 cents, and comes topped with fresh vegetables and thousand island, just like it should. The Mexican specialties are all right, nothing really to write home about. The sides are fantastic - the onion rings are made on site, the zucchini sticks are fresh and thick, and the coleslaw is fresh and creamy. So good, you can't pass this up.
Pros: food, service
Cons: dining room is small, parking lot
