Classic Bridal

I had the same experience with classic bridal as everyone else. The owner is extremely rude, and so many mistakes were made on the alterations and no apologies. The owner makes her money off of the alterations that's why they do not measure correctly. Had to pay a lot of money for a rush and they were still not finished 1 month after promised date. Morgantown need a bridal shop that is professional so go for it and hopefully put the nasty rude owner of classic bridal out of business. Shame on you for taking advantage of these poor girls. more

I am getting married this summer and have pretty much ordered everything for my wedding through Classic Bridal. Before this store received our money they were very nice and considerate, but before the ink dried on the check they were singing a different tune. It is almost impossible to get an appointment to get my bridesmaids and flower girl fitted, most of whom, are out of towners and do not visit Morgantown often. Also, one of my bridesmaids alterations were done wrong. Her dress was taken in at least an inch too much and the owner acted like it was my bridesmaids fault and offered no apology. In addition to the above one of my other bridesmaids called to make an appointment to get her dress altered and the owner told her that she was too busy due to the prom season....last time I checked her store was call Classic BRIDAL not Classic Prom!!! This store does not cater to it's customers. They expect you to cater to them. If you want to have helpful and considerate service when ordering your wedding or prom gowns do not waste your time and money at Classic Bridal. more

My best friend is getting married this fall and since he went to look with his fiance, I went to keep him company. The sales people are rude and inconsiderate. His fiance could not fit into any of their samples, and she only wears a 10/12, which isn't big at all. They just said there was nothing they could do. They didn't have any interest at all in helping her and ignored us. WAY too expensive too. more

The service is horrible. They lie to your face and then try to cover it up. Tell you one thing and then mean another. My friend ordered all five of her bridesmaids dresses from there and they came in the wrong sizes and the wrong colors. This was after paying an extra rush shipping fee and having all of the girls fitted there, by their employees. Plus, the dresses did not even come in until 3 days before the wedding! And the sizes were not slightly off, but way off! And poorly made. One even came apart 10 minutes before the wedding. Then the bride's dress. The wrong style, color, and size. But since it came in so close to the wedding, she was stuck. The store promised to give some of the money back, never did and swore they never said that. Even though 5-6 people heard them. They altered the bride's dress and sewed one of the straps on inside out. and left them too big. So the poor girls dress was falling off all night... The employees yelled at some of the customers and degraded them. Plus, they only carry the dresses in the store in tiny sizes so no normal sized person could get a look at what they looked like in them. more
