They did a fantastic job on my 12 Accord was hit from behind and pushed into a fence. My friend kept telling me it would never look the same again. When I called my insurance company they told me to go get an estimate at some shop in Valley Stream. Told them no way there was only one place I was bringing my car and that was to Classic they backed off and said that was no problem and adjuster was out in 48 hours. I left everything in the shop hands and was glad I did. They did an excellant job from start to finish. I would never take my car anywhere else. Thanks again guys. more

At Classic automotive crafts i found the staffs to be very courteous and helpful. All my questions and concerns about my claim was satisfied and any questions i had about my vehicle was always clearly answered. Prior to the repairs, the staff when over the vehicle addressing all my concerns. During the repair process they kept in contact with me. I brought my 2009 infinity truck, which someone hit me from behind while i was at a red light, to classic automotive. I got my car back within a week and everything was fixed like new, they were reasonably priced and they also detailed the inside of my car. Classic body shop on rockaway was the worst experience I have Ever had as a customer I brought my car for a complete paint job which I was quoted at over 3 thousand dollars and agreed on what I wanted done. I left my car parked on the street and was told it would be taken in the shop Instead it was left outside for 3 weeks and got two parking tickets that they jus stuffed in the glove box. I routinely check my plates online and I saw the tickets so I went and asked to see the car and was told I couldn't by the ugly off the boater receptionist that swears she has an important job that I could not see it. When I confronted her about the tickets she said you have to comeback and speak to the owner so I did go back to speak to a filthy white women that raised her voice and refused to give a paying customer any type of satisfaction. Long story made short I paid it because there was no winning and they had my car hostage. Story doesn't end there they did \r not work on my car for a month and everytime I went they would not let me see it, the immigrant/peasant receptionist would always make excuses and make up lies. So I began dealing with the owners which got me nowhere the liar girlie man continulosly fed me a wheelbarrow of crap as to why my car wasn't being worked on. Finally after harrasing them for 1 1/2 months they began working on it. Then came a discrepancy as to the original agreement they started to curse me out (they meaning the sloppy wife and the girlie man husband infront of all there workers) very embarasing and unprofessional for any business. I waS told to ""get out of my shop"" and I did since I was threatened and the had my car in a million pieces. The next day the husband calls me up and says ""at 5pm today come pay me for what I did so far and I'm leaving ur car on the street (keep in mind it went to the shop driving/put together and he wanted me to pay him and give it back \r unfinished. And in a million pieces). With all that had transpired I had to pay them fully and basically ""kiss their ass"" to finish the car which was rushed and came out really shotty and not what I was promised iniatally. They say that they are not a "" nickel and dime shop"" but they are worst with the vulgar and unprofessional attitude they have I see them collecting bottles and cans if they continue to treat paying customers this way. Don't be fooled by other ratings that they have given themselves or the off the boater receptionist has posted. This post is 1000 percent my experience with classic body shop on rockaway that I will never recomend not even to my worst enemy. So if you don't want bad customer service, tickets on your car, people threatning you, and really bad work. Please don't go there.\r \r more

This shop is amazing!! My car was in an accident that left my car door dented, my window wouldnt go all the way down, and was miss aligned. I shopped for quotes and recieved the lowest at this shop. I was told that it would take 3-5 days for my car at the hole in the wall operations that i got the other quotes from; because they had to order parts , fix the dent on my door , sand down, paint let it dry ect. ect....\r At classic automotive, Anthony told me my car would be done in a day and a half. I had my family members bring the car in for me monday morning and got it back tuesday at 2:48pm. Take That !! The work was amazing it look like it just rolled out the car dealership floor for the first time. They even washed my car, shined my tires . I highly recommend this shop to any one in need of restoration or a paint job on their car. I wrote this review because I searched the internet for the best place and none had reviews.
