Classic Auto Spa & Express

On Monday, 5/20, I had my car washed at Classic Auto Spa in Ramsey, NJ. After the wash, I inspected the vehicle and noticed two nearly identical scratches on the front and rear driver-side wheels, which I just had refinished a couple days ago! The manager of Classic Auto Spa denied any and all responsibility for the damage, asserting that the damages must have been made prior to the wash. (Judging from past Google reviews, I see I am not the first to hear this claim from them.) He would not show me the video of the car wash, closed the doors at 6, rushed me out, and would not wait for the police to come file a report. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my car back to Classic Auto Spa of Ramsey NJ. The apparent risk of damage and extremely poor customer service is a scary combination. \r \r The manager said that he was not afraid to lose just one customer, so I caution others not to be that next “one customer.” more

Having been a satisfied customer of Classic Auto & Spa for the few years my last several trips have been quite disappointing. When you pay for the $28.95 VIP package you would expect your interior to be vacuumed and wiped down, your windows to be smudge free etc. Also you should not have to remind the staff to get your floor mats or give you back your antenna. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere in the future. more

Until today used Classic Auto Spa for oil changes, detailing, car washes etc....up until now. They do a good job, but poor customer service when I had an issue. Very sad, I was happy with the services until now. They just lost 5 regular customers from my family. more

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST PLACE IVE EVER GOTTEN A CAR WASH SEVICED. THE WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY THROUGHLY CLEAN THE CAR VERY WELL. SPOTLESS!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE. I WILL DEFINETLY BE COMING BACK FOR A CAR WASH OR OTHER SERVICES. more
