West Covina location is better! 5/21/2010

I grew up going to this Claro's but within the last couple of years the customer service has gotten real bad. Its so dissapointing. The hot food at this location looks like it has been sitting there for 2 days, and the staff fights with eachother in front of customers. I started going to Claro's West Covina and I'm so happy with that location! They go above and beyond when it comes to their service, and the food seems way better! Cons: Bad Customer Service :( more

food was spoiled with mold 4/10/2009

I bought the garlic bread and didn't notice the mold all over the back of it until i got home. I called them and there was hardly an apology. Instead of a refund they tried to get me to take another stale garlic bread home. more

That's a spicy meatball 5/20/2002

I have been going to Claros for over 30 years. They have a fabulous deli, great fresh bread and everything you need to make an authentic Italian meal. Order deli trays, lasagna and large bread orders in advanced. They know all the regulars and will give them preference. Closed on Wednesdays. Pros: variety Cons: parking, lines more
