I purchased a bow at Christmas time for my son. Salesperson said the youth bow was at 40# and could be adjusted down to 30#, just had to bring my son back after Christmas. After Christmas, we went to have the bow adjusted, just to have the same salesperson tell us the bow was at the lowest pound already. We had to return the bow because it was to heavy for my son to pull. They charged us a 10% ""restocking"" fee, mind you, the bow was unused and still had the tags on it. I think this is poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere, which is very unfortunate due to wanting to support local small business. -Aaron
