This is a wonderful, family-run restaurant with warm, witty service and great food. Go local and support this ""non-chain"" for great atmosphere, great food and fabulous service! I loved the suggestion of champagne for an appetizer. The food was so subtle and tasty. It was so yummy! We took our whole family and had a great time. Lucky break! 1/24/2003

We couldn't get into Tucci's (still looking forward to trying them) so we tried Clarke's, which is nearby. We have eaten there before, but it had been some time. This was a perfect evening in every way. Service was personal, casual, fun. Each of our entres deserved a 10. We needed to be reminded that this is probably LO's best restaurant - so thanks to Clarke's for the reminder! Pros: Super entres, Good parking, No wait more

Excellent food and service! 8/22/2002

My wife and I have been trying many different restaurants in the area, and we always end up comparing them to Clarkes. The food is great, and the service is also super. I've had some main dishes that are perhaps too subtle in flavor for me, but everything I've had has been good. The desserts are basic, but really delicious - save room for them!
