Clark has alway been very professional in all my encounters with them. I asked about voles in my yard. The QA person cam to my house and did research for me and voles. There is nothing on the market that will get them. The Clark team has been very good about calling me or coming to see me about their efforts. I have been pleased with them in all of my monthly checks, free termites inspections, and quick response when I had an unusual call back. I am pleased with their efforts. more

René is always very responsive if we have a problem or question - he's also very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. The only thing we would change about the service? If there were some way to know in advance which day the technician would be servicing our property it would be very helpful. That addition would earn a 5-star rating. more
