ANTS! Is what we had. In the house, coming in through several different points and it was at the point that they were living in the walls after a few years summer infiltration. Clark came out right away and sprayed with pet and baby friendly chemicals externally and laid down some gel bait for the ants that were inside. They came back out 2 different times to lay more gel bait (because I did not want to go with a more effective but also more toxic option) until at last, no more ANTS! They always call before they are servicing going forward which I really appreciate and I haven't seen any ants since. more

In general I am very pleased, but lately there is always a different person coming out to the house, and, it may be my imagination, but it seems that some techs do a better job than others. For instance, my house has a lot of spider webs right now, and, although there are usually a few before the next treatment, there are far more than usual. I am pleased with the over-all service, however. more

Had Clark on regular contract for a little over a year. We have a big lot, so we went w/ the industrial service which was $80.00/mo. Things were ok at first, but we were assigned a regular rep who was awful. After a few times, we started to watch him a bit more closely, as we had an increase in fleas on property. We noticed he was on his cell phone nearly the entire time, and often had to remind him to spray entire property. One afternoon, I happened to be home from work one afternoon--my car was in shop, so it looked like no one was home. The guy came, looked around, and went to his truck and talked on his phone--didn't even spray. Even though our service was horrible, we still paid our charges, although I finally complained after that. We were sent a new rep, but after one time, he stopped spraying the property--he only did around the house. .. which I could have gotten for 30/mo. I was going to talk to him when he came back, but we didn't see anyone for the next two months more
