I enjoy picking up a copy of this paper to read when I am in town. The price is only 50 cents. You can found out all the local news such as who is in the hospital, what clubs are meeting and who is getting married. They also have local government news and school information. more

Hometown news 4/15/2006

This small town newspaper is published twice a week. It basically encompasses news worthy events that have taken place in Clarion County, but it does go outside of that area also to include Brookville and some of the other areas that are surrounding the Clarion area. You can read about local events, police reports, and just about anything else that has taken place during the week. They also have a scaled down version on their website. more

Clarion News 4/1/2006

I really like this small newspaper. It is published twice a week Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can either get it though home via the us mail or they have carriers to deliver to your home. It publishes all the local news for Clarion county. They write about such things as church news, school news, and community happenings. They publish the police and fire calls. There is a list of the criminals that get arraigned my the magistrate. There is a small classified section. They publish patients that get admitted to the local hospitals. It is a very informational paper if you want to get caught up with community news more
