We have a Toyota, a Honda, and a Mazda, and I've had all of them in Claremore Tire recently. I felt I got excellent service and price for my money. If anything arose differently from the estimate (the Mazda had a lug nut that had to be replaced because the previous tire seller--Robertsons--had put it on with crossed threads, so it stripped the bolt) they not only came out and told me, but they quickly got a replacement bolt (at a reasonable cost) from O'Reilly's and I only had to wait about 15 minutes longer than expected. When I had the Honda in for alignment, they noticed one of the tires was a bit out of round, and since I wasn't ready to buy new they rotated the tires until the ride became much improved--at no additional cost, even though it took them longer than the time they'd budgetted for. One thing I'd like to note is that I do always try to get into the shop as early as possible, and I try to avoid Saturdays, so I'm sure that just helps in making my experience time-wise much
