This is a fabulous resort, but make sure to confirm your reservation. My husband and I booked a 10-day stay and arrived with three 5 year olds, a 4 mo old and grandma - plus 10 days worth of food, clothes, supplies, etc. They messed up our reservation and they said they were booked and we needed to come back in 3 days - after having out 1/3 down 9 months earlier. There was very little remorse or discount. Although we love the accommodations, the service was horrible. more

The Best Place to Scrapbook! 1/3/2009

We had a girlfriend retreat here last fall and it was fantastic! Most of us did scrapbooking, but others did stamping or they just enjoyed the scenery and the margaritas. This place had lost of room to scrapbook, comfortable chairs, a full kitchen, the cottage was great and there were lots of different ""extras"" we haven't had at other places where we have gone for retreats - we'll definitely go back! Pros: Overall quality with all the amenities and the cleanliness Cons: An additional color printer would have been nice more

Extra Charges... FOR WHAT? 8/15/2006

We just stopped into this place to pick up information on an upcoming reunion destination... didnt stay, but discovered that they charge a surcharge that no other resort in the area has. It is called ""Whitefish Surcharge""... when asked, the owners mumbled about being a local tax. I checked into it and that is NOT TRUE. Pros: Surcharges more
