this is an amazing daycare. they have become a second family to me and take the very best care of my boys. i can ask just about anyone in the building about my kids day and they will know. they care about me personally as a parent and treat my kids with all the love a parent should. if i'm uncomfortable with anything at all, i can go to the director or assistant director at any time and they address the concern and get it taken care of immediately. i have 2 toddlers so childcare tends to be a little pricey but i have no problem giving my money to Clairmont. you cannot put a price on peace of mind when it comes to my children's care throughout the day. more

1. My son loved going to Clairmont. 2. My son loved his teachers. 3. The staff was always helpful. They cared for my son and I felt ""safe"" leaving him there. 4. Because of the excellent teachers and curriculum, my son has consistently tested in the top 1% of his age group in Kindergarten. He was extremely well prepared through the curriculum and excellent teacher in the PreK class. 5. My son came home dirty every day. He had pebbles in his shoes, dirt in his hair, all over his clothes and we had to frequently wash his sneakers. He came home smiling every day because he had a great time, felt loved and felt safe. I loved seeing him dirty. I knew he was having a GREAT time! 6. Linens were washed every day. Carpets were vacuumed every day. Toys were bleached every day. Recently, all the flooring was replaced. No, It is not the newest and most glamorous building. If you are looking for glamour, Clairmont is probably not for you. If you are looking for an affordable, safe, quality caring environment, then take a look. If your biggest problem with Clairmont is that your children came home dirty and the carpet wasn't clean, well... that's a shame. Children should be allowed to be children. Getting dirty is part of that. I HIGHLY recommend Clairmont for anyone with an infant through school age children. more

I have watched the care at this daycare decline over the past few years. The assistant director is the RUDEST human I have ever met. Her lack of concern for the kids trickles down to the employees. My son would cry each morning when he realized he had to go. The carpet is so dirty in the rooms, his white shoes came home so dirty it looked like he had been outside playing. This was on days when it had been raining all day. So I know they did not play outside. I truly believe they only care about the money. Not sure where it was going because the building is in terrible condition. more

My husband and I moved here 6 months ago and checked out A LOT of daycares. Clairmont is not the newest, nicest daycare around, however we both had a warm fuzzy about the center. Now having our son there for 6 months, I can say we were right with that warm fuzzy. The teachers are friendly, informative, concerned, and our son LOVES them. He is happy to be dropped off and happy when we get there to pick him up. The directors are always willing to answer questions and genuinely care. I am pleased with the food my son gets, the play time, the nap time, and the overall care. There is nothing better than to leave your child in a place you can trust! I recommend Clairmont to anyone looking for an extended family for their child, let?s face it most children spend more time with the people at daycare then at home. I am glad to say Clairmont is my son?s extended family. more

My toddler loves to go to school! He has been attending Clairmont since he was 3 months old. He loves his teachers in the 1 year old class and wants to visit his previous teachers from the nursery every day. The directors and all the staff are happy to see him every day when he arrives. My husband and I feel our child is very safe, loved, well fed, well rested, and well educated. He participates in music time, art activities, sand and water play, games, outdoor activities, and sometimes makes his own snacks- they provide muti-sensory activities that allow him to have many different positive experiences. The daycare center had that nice warm home feeling. The teachers are freindly and helpful and the directors are great. They feed your kids well and care about the safety of your child. The playgrounds are nice and big and the kids have a blast on them. I highly recommended that you take your kids there. The teachers are carind when my child had surgery and was in the hospital they came up to the hospital to see how my child was doing. That truly was a blessing knowing that my kids go to qa daycare center that cares that much about my kids even when they arent there at the daycare. more

The staff are warm and friendly. The Director is a wonderful person who loves the Lord. It is a real treat to have my child at Clairmont. Pros: Playground is BIG! Teacher and Director are precious. Food is yummy! Great crafts. more

I enrolled my baby in Clairmont at 15 weeks and I was really upset about leaving him until the end of the first week. The ladies in the nursery love him like I do and it made it so much easier to go back to work. I can honestly say if it weren't for the ladies in the nursery I'd have quit my job to stay home (which isn't really a possibility). Pros: Excellent food, good price range more

I highly recommend that you DO NOT take your children to this day care. The staff is rude. The directors are worse. All the directors care about is the money that you owe them and when you are going to pay it. They are not willing to work with you in any way. I have three kids that went to that daycare. I would get there in the afternoon to pick up the two school age kids and more than half the time the teacher was not in the room or no where to be found. How safe is that??? The playground is nothing but rocks and dirt. My kids would come home every afternoon looking like they were a bunch of pigs. They were covered in dirt from head to toe. Dirt and sand in there hair and dirt, sand and rocks in there shoes. I could have made my own beach with the amount of dirt and sand that I dumped out of there shoes. Please don't take your kids here. There are better places and much safer places for you to take them.
