Claire's Walmart

I will have to agree with most of the posts on this site. This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to. That includes in and out of the state of Tennessee. Absolute worst customer service ever. I swore I would never go back, and a couple years later I returned, hoping things had changed.I was quickly reminded why I hadn't been in years... Was even WORSE than before. Could not find any one to help me, when I finally did, they acted as though I was putting THEM out. I guess they forget if we didn't go to Walmart, they wouldn't have a job. I'm sure Walmart doesn't care if I go back or not, but I can certainly guarantee I will never go back to a Walmart anywhere, anytime. I will buy my camping gear at Target or Dick's sporting goods. GOODBYE FOREVER WALMART !! more

The Hamilton Antioch Walmart have the worst wheelchairs of any Walmart I have been in yet. Sometimes they don't have any and I have to wait. When I do get one I have to pray it doesn't fall apart or stop running. more

As I was looking for the phone number for my local Walmart to see of I can get an oil change, I noticed it had only one star under the reviews. All the reviews for the Antioch Walmart are old. This Walmart was completely remodeled about a year ago. I do not go to Walmart very often, but every once in the while, you just have to go. This one is very well lit, inside and out. It has tons of parking. A very nice produce section. It also has a good auto service department, a plant nursery and ladie's plus size departmentt. I go to Walmart to get camping supplies and some food shopping. The only thing I am not a fan of at this Walmart is it is hard to find someone when you have a question. As I said, A Walmart is a Walmart. If you are looking for a store with a bunch of stuff that you may or may not need, this is a fine Walmart. more

I have never seen such a bad Wal-mart store in my life! For one the store is organized poorly making it extemely hard to find anything. The toy section is limited, the craft section is extremely limited, pretty much the whole store has very limited items for being a Supercenter. Also their are no self checkouts. As I went today to return a halloween costume that has not been opened and I had my receipt the lady proceeds to tell me they don't take back seasonal items. When did this start? Why isn't this posted? I can see if I had opened the package for the costume that they wouldn't take it back seems how it is just two days after halloween. more

Avoid the pharmacy. They won't answer the phones and are VERY SLOW. I tried to call them for over 30 minutes one Sunday and they never answered. I had to call the front just so they would answer. more
