If anything is every wrong with the room it is always fixed. i'm always treated very well they bend over backwards to keep us happy. more

It was a good, clean, great location hotel. I believe they recently renovated it, new carpet, and fresh paint, swimming pool, and lounge were also there. I'd recommend it. more

he young lady working the front desk was amazing 9/20/2010

I was stuck in Abilene for for five days and I was told by someone at the hospital close by that they had great rates. However, the young lady working the front desk was amazing, she went out of her way to help me get my belongings to my room as well as showed me around to the laundry room and etc. She was a pleasant and warm face through out my whole stay. Thank You so much for your kindness and professionalism you made the stay so much easier more

Civic Plaza 11/21/2008

This hotel was pretty great. We checked in and stayed for a week while we were in Texas visiting. The rate was reasonable and the room was clean. It had a coffee maker, tv, frig, hair dryer, and even a safe in the wall. The free breakfast was better than any other breakfast we've had before at a hotel. I would recommend staying here. more
