I bought Hunter Douglas shades however they delivered non Hunter Douglas products and when I called them they claimed I did not order the brand when on invoice shows clearly. Now I have to take them to court.\r \r Stay away PLEASE\r more

warning!!!! please please save your money, headache and time and find another company to use. they have ZERO customer service. several of my shades recently fell off the mounting and they charged ME to come back and repair them. this happened only a few WEEKS after installation! the quality is horrible and they charge you a flat fee if $75 every single time they come to your home, even if it is just to evaluate the problem. then, charge you an arm and a leg to fix the issue THEY caused! all of my shades are fraying on the sides due to them being mounted improperly, and they claim is is MY fault! i could go on and on .... please, save yourself the headache and find another company. they have ZERO customer service and the quality is horrible! more

I dont know about other cutomers complaining, but they seem fine to me. They did everything as they told, right on time, no strings attached. Windows look really nice, most likely I would choose them again. more

I contacted this place because they were local, they sent a sale rep to my home for a free consulation. The guy came with lots of books, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was not prepared to make a purchase right away, so he left me a quote. I called other places to compare the price and found out that the guy from city window fashions had given me a great deal. Very pleased with the service. I have already recommended them to my neighbours. more

I am glad i purchased the shades from these guys. Prior ot making a purchase i went to another local delaer and was quoted almost double. the sales rep was trying to push me buy a more expensive product with some fancy features which i found out later were not even necessary and were an upcharge. I went to city window fashions and they gave me different quotes and options with reasonable price. I felt like the other place was a rip off. I was able to get what i liked for a very reasonale price. The shades came in withing the time i was given and i am happy with the service so far. i would recommend this place to anyone with confidence. more

Unfortunately purchased a number of shades for our home from City Window Fashions. The installer took no care in preventing damage to the sheetrock around some of our windows, one shade was installed on an angle so light seeped from from the top and the shade scraped against the wall. After 10 months of occasional use one of the shades is falling apart - the cheap glue on the valance let go and the string pulls snapped - and they have the gall to try to charge me $75 for a ""service visit"" to correct a defective and/or poorly installed product! GO ELSEWHERE!! Saga continues, they also lied to us about the manufacturer of our blinds having gone out of business - they have not. Fascinating how there were zero reviews for this organization until I posted mine, then suddenly people ""appear"" with positive reviews. Seems rather fake to me... Yes, and now our other shades installed by them are falling apart - the control mechanism ripped out of the ceiling. True, true quality.
