This company is rude, unprofessional, shady and they engage in predatory towing practices. The law in NJ states that if a vehicle is to be towed from private property without the vehicle owner's consent, there must be conspicuous warning signs posted detailing parking rules and towing conditions. This bill was signed on Oct. 24, 2007 by Governor Jon S. Corzine. The car was left there due to mechanical problems for one night to be picked up in the morning. City Wide towed the car from a parking lot where there were no posted signs and gave no warning before towing. After calling the police I find that the car was towed on the same night that it was left there. When I called Frank Thissen (the owner AKA Bozo) he was arrogant, belligerent and totally unprofessional. I ended up having to pay the THEIVES $406.90!!!! This is absolutely absurd and no one should be subject to this! This is total highway robbery!!!
Cons: When I called Frank Thissen (the owner AKA Bozo) he was arrogant, belligerent and totally unprofessional.
