They came for an issue we were having on and off for years; we'd fix it and it would keep happening- this time I figured I'd give city wide a call and they quickly diagnosed and we havent had any problems since- the price wasn't bad either they took a coupon i had from their website more

fast& friendly service 7/6/2011

Had a backup at 11pm; we found citywides name online. The man came within the hour and had the problem fixed right away. Reliable and was never charged any extra fee for night time service! more

Citywide Sewer and Drain-Excellent Service! 12/14/2010

I'vebeen using Citywide Sewer and Drain for years and they have never let me down- Theyre offer great prices and are always reliable. I've never had a problem they couldn't tackle-The servicemen I've encountered have always been professional and explained everything that they did at my home/business related services. I read the last review and I disagree- I use Citywide for buildings that I own through my business and I consistantly need proposals and my proposals have been sent out within the hour that I've called-I've never had a problem and I deal with them quite a bit! Therefore I highly recommend Citywide and promise you'll be in good hands with them! more

over priced 7/30/2010

Called Citywide after receiving info from another company 's plumber that the main waste line collapsed to cesspool.( saw thru camera in pipe). Citywide insisted on redoing the camera ( reason:we didn't have a dvd of the previous camera job)and came to same conclusion that the pipe collapsed. Attempted to bill us at $650.00, complained, reduced to $450.00 but this is the clincher, said they never recorded the camera info either!! Had no DVD to give us either! The proposal to fix the problem (repair plus liner) came in at $4850. Getting the replacement (not repair) of pipe plus new collar of cesspool (more complete job) for $3200.00 in proposal from Busch Brothers Cesspool. Busch faxed a proposal within 4 hours. Citywide never faxed a proposal, only verbal proposal ,even after asking for proposal to be faxed. Not a very professional company and alot more money than Busch Brothers. ( Also got a proposal for $2500.00 from CEM Construction). Buyer beware of Citywide. Cons: way over priced more

Great emergency plumbing service 5/10/2010

I was recommended this company thru my local building dept. I have always been careful in with who i use to service my drains because of a bad experience i had with a $49.00 company. First I checked out Citywides website and right then and there i knew i found the right guys .I called they responded asap from the girl on the phone to the tech they sent to my home my it was an absolute pleasure working with this company.I will recommend citywide to all my friends and family ....give these guys a try i promise you wont be let down. Pros: Price , Clean service techs,BIg machines Cons: wish i knew of them sooner more

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH 2/5/2009

I CALLED CITYWIDE FOR A CLOGGED PIPE IN MY BASEMENT AND THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE WITH IN AN HOUR -THE TOOK CARE OF MY CLOG AND CLEANED UP MY FLOODED BASEMENT. THEY WERE PROMPT ,FRIENDLY AND REASONABLE ...I REALIZED THAT THEY WERE THE ONLY PLUMBING COMPANY TO EVER GIVE ME A GUARANTEE ....FOR SURE GIVE THEM A TRY!! my experience with citywide was fantastic ! the serviceman was very neat and courteous he idenified the problem and explained it to me so i could understand it . He fixed the pipe and in no time my bathroom was up and running. nice job CITYWIDE i recommend to use this company for any of your plumbing and drainage needs Pros: no extra charge on weekends ,fast service , guaranteed work Cons: wish i knew about them years ago more
