City Soups is just like a sandwich lunch spot, except they serve soups. They offer some 10-15 soups, a couple of pre-made sanwiches and salads and the usual lunch paraphernalia, like cookies and drinks. The soups all look so good it is hard for a first-time visitor to pick one. I tried the paella soup, and it was excellent, tasting really fresh and hearty. It’s a great cheap lunch, especially on our cold and rainy days. It is located near the Bellevue Transit Center.
