I can not even begin to describe the long list of nightmares i encountered while working with this agency. I can brief them here, but it was over a year ago i was screwed by this company, and it still haunts me as one of the biggest rip-offs i have ever experienced. Just to let you know, my land lord too was appalled with the situation we found ourselves in. 1. Aaron was so sweet when he first showed me apartments. Compleatly pretending to care and acting as though he could take care of every one of my needs. 2. He lied about the distance to my school. Straight up. 3. He lied about contacting the land lady. 4. He lied about having things fixed. 5. He lied to my land lady about getting my payment. 6. He lied about having a key to the mail box. 7. He lied about having the furniture of the past renters removed. I had to take a month off work to get the place habitable. There was a americancockroach infestation i didn't know about, and a bedbug infestation i didn't know about. This, like i said, was the worst experience of my life to date. <--- means a lot. P.S. Since i didn't know anyone from Boston, at the end of the day i asked to go out drinking with Aaron and some of the guys at the reality office. I have to tell you, they are complete pigs with no limits. Womanizers and Thieves, and Drunks. Pros: They bend you over then **** you in the *** Cons: They Steal you money afterward more

I think the worst part of my apartment hunt was trying to dodge the brokers who charge exorbitant fees for showing you the worst places possible. Thankfully I found a decent broker at City Realty and was then able to find a nice place. Not only was Nate an actual human being (and not a money-hungry lemon-pusher) he also managed to show me only places that fell across the full range of my budget. He also managed to negotiate the fee with the landlord so I only ended up paying a quarter of it. more

My husband and I recently worked with CRG to find a new condo and were satisfied with every facet of service. Their office atmosphere is very friendly... it seems like the realtors are friends, not just desk neighbors. We actually worked with two sisters, Anne and Lyn, who were a blast. They knew how to make a pretty standard process fun and funny. We looked at a string of places and ended up near Oak Square by the new Y, definitely a good fit if you like to work out! more

Definitely give these guys a call if youre looking around Brighton. I worked with a couple of other Brighton agencies and I think CRG had the most places to show that actually fit my request. Worked with Tom, the guy's an ace, definitely helped me choose an apartment thats near nightlife AND my work..... what more can you ask? Pros: Tom, the guy i worker with more

I was in my own apartment, and my buzzer rang. Being nice, I asked who it was - they said they lived in the building and their key didn't work. To be nice I opened the door, but went outside to make sure they lived in the building. When Carl Stephens (the agent) couldn't get into the unit that he was trying to get into, I asked him who he actually was. He then explained that he was an agent - since he had already lied about who he was, I literally said 'please leave' - his response was to call me an a$$hole, a total of four times. Cons: the agent actually called me an a$$hole (have to use $ instead of s to keep it from being blocked) more

I worked with a few agencies in the area to find my apartment and I felt most comfortable here. I was showed as many apartmnents as it took (around 12 I think) until one worked price-wise and met my expectations for my new home. Well organized office too. more
