City Place Townhomes

Recently moved in after a recommendation by a friend. I was a little scared by the other reviews, but as far as I'm concerned they seem to be untrue. Things get fixed very fast here. I've rented at places before where no one in the office cares. They do care here, thanks! more

I been here for a month, and every things been great! All my request that needed to be fixed in my apartment have been done. I have no complaints so far. It makes me nervous reading all these bad reviews but i hope its just foolish people! I have noticed a few spiders though. As far as rent, if they bring it up they need to give an advanced notice, and you shouldn't have to start paying the higher rent until your lease renewal is up! That's my opinion! Gertie is definitely on the lazy side, she did a little bit at my apartment but the guy does it all! I hope things don't go down hill cause i have a 1yr old and this is my only home...I hate to have to start over, especially with this economy and rent going up! These people managing these town homes need to step up their skills and customer cares before it goes down hill for them! more
