Dr. Amy Attas is the best vet I have ever had take care of any of my animals over the last 30 years. She sincerely cares about animals and their people. She has gotten me through more crises than I care to remember. Dr. Attas is not an alarmist but she is beyond belief thorough and spot on. Not an easy feat when you have 5 cats with very strong personalities and not all of them sweet. She also has an incredible staff, people who also care deeply about my cats and are always available to help. The icing on the cake is that I do not have to stress my cats out by shoving them in boxes and sitting in a waiting room with tons of other stressed out pets. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Attas and City Pets in a city like NY. more

Started by Dr. Amy Attas in 1992, CityPets has been providing veterinary care to dogs and cats in the comfort of their own homes or owner's offices. The ultimate in excellent care, personalized service and convenience, CityPets cares for the pets of over 5000 families, which means over 10,000 cats and dogs.

    What is a CityPets house call all about?
    When CityPets comes to the home of a patient, a veterinarian and a technician arrive supplied with all of the necessary equipment to do the majority of services that your pet might need. We like to think that anything that can be done in an examination room of a veterinary hospital can be done in the comfort of your own home. For example, the annual physical exam including vaccinations, blood tests urine and fecal collection for laboratory analysis can all be taken care of in your home or apartment.
