Incompetent Staff 11/21/2011

I have to deal with this bank on a once per year basis and that is still way too much! The staff does not communicate with each other, and when asked to speak with a superviser, the customer is given the run around. I was promised a call back within an hour and had to call them back two hours later. DO NOT bank with this company! Stick with the national ones, Wells Fargo, BOA etc.....these small town banks are clueless!!!! more

The bank that I trust 11/13/2005

City National Bank is a very good bank. I have been with them for almost 3 years now. I like that their bank is not for sale so it won't ever change names. This is a bank that has been around for many years and I trust it. They have very nice tellers who are very helpful. PROS: A bank I trust CONS: more

Hassle free banking 11/8/2005

I have had an account here for years. They offer fee free checking. They have many convient locations. They offer many atm's all over town, which do not charge a fee to use them. They offer a 24 hour hotline to call and check details of your account. I use thier direct deposit option, which is so nice to have. I have always been treated extremely well anytime I have visited the bank itself. When I had a problem with my account they fixed it very promptly and were able to completely explain what had happened. more

Good bank 11/8/2005

City national bank is a very nice bank. Friendy personel and timely transaction updates. Anytime we have had a problem it has been fixed to our satisfation very quickly. A ariety of account options and plenty of people to help figure out whats best for you. My only complaint is i think there should be more atms around town. I hate to have to pay a fee but sometimes there are not any City national ones around. It seems as thought they have been building more so thats great. Very nice company. more
