A business-unfriendly bank. When they make internal errors, they penalize *you* for them. Their online banking gives misinformation--which they later deny. The customer service acts ""hands-tied"" and unhelpful. Their mistakes can take days or weeks to correct, which can be deadly to a business if cash flow is critical. If they never make errors (as with one of my companies banking there), then you're fine, but otherwise, watch out--no one can help you, and I mean no one. Avoid if you do international business/travel. Very limited customer service hours (M-F), and days-weeks wait times can be bothersome if they mess up when you're traveling. Overall, this bank seems to have convoluted and antiquated business systems that prevent it from keeping up to speed with the needs of many business; and they lack the tact and ability to personally make up for these shortcomings. Businesses beware.
