I recently had cause to bring my Gulf Stream Motor Home to City Motor Co for the replacement of the water pump. I was very impressed with the efficiency of Brian Davids, who took care of the ordering and receiving of the water pump required for my coach. Upon my appointment time arrival he was there to greet me and start the paperwork needed to check in my coach for the repair. He had already obtained the approval from my insurance company and except for the pump everything was ready to go. The pump arrived shortly after my coach was checked in and the work proceeded as scheduled. Brian notified me when the work was complete and all the paperwork was done and he was, again, very efficient in checking me out and getting me on my way. You should be proud of your employees as they are among the most responsible and efficient service crew that I have encountered. Brian understood the urgency of getting the repair done in a timely manner, since our motor coach is our home. I am very impressed and thankful for people like \r Brian Davids. more

One does not have the chance to get to know their new purchase so one can give a better evaluation in the survey. The sales personnel at City have always been top notch.
