I have lived at The Arbors at City Heights for 4 yrs now and can honestly say that this is a great, safe place to live. Everything is close by, Midtown, Downtown, L5P. All the amenities are great, gym, amazing large size pool, bbq, 24 hr concierge, on site maintenance. People that live here really care about the community, although we are not new upscale buildings; we have great neighbors who care. The new management is great, from the recent changes you can tell they really try to improve and maintain the properties, while keeping the residents happy. I enjoy living here and would definitely recommend this place. more

Great location, friendly neighbors 7/16/2010

Great location with city views that will never be blocked in the midst of a vibrant community feeling. Concierge services 24 hours, junior olympic pool with BBQ pit and picnic area, extensive landscaped gardens and dog walk, and an updated gym are a few of the amenities that do not compare to other condo buildings intown. Pros: Location,Gardens & Pool, layouts of units, 24 hr concierge Cons: older building more

Great place to live - amazing views 5/16/2009

This really is an awesome community and it's one of Atlanta's best kept secrets. For two years I drove by it and thought nothing of it then when I was looking for condos I happened to check it out. I was amazed. For a VERY reasonable price I'm able to live in the heart of everything, five minutes from the Highlands, Midtown, Piedmont Park, Inman Park and Little 5. The amenities here are great and the views are out of this world. I know I sound like a commercial but I have nothing to gain since I'm not selling my unit ANY TIME soon. I really can't say anything but good things about City Heights - if you haven't checked it out, do yourself a favor and do it! Pros: Amazing views, 24 hr concierge, huge pool, location, pets more
