It took 6 months and a day for my lawnmower to be returned from City Grinding for a fairly simple repair. At one point I thought they had sold it to someone else. I was promised both immediate callbacks on the status of my machine and deliveries, but not once did that happen: even on the day the mower showed up it was without a call from them or heads up it was coming. This included at least a dozen calls initiated by me in the past month. I visited the business to get results and was not told the truth on the status and delivery of my machine. There was never any apologies or explanations for their poor service, unreturned calls, missed deliveries or waste of my time and changing of my plans waiting for them to fulfill their promises.
This was the lousiest single customer service experience in the service sector I have ever experienced. The only saving grace has been that they've been too cowardly to bill me.
