My mom took her car here about four months ago for a noise under the rear of it that nobody seemed to be able to figure out. They pinpointed the issue so fast, I kind of thought they might have made a mistake. But no, it turned out to be what they said it was. The actual repair was nice too, fast and correctly done. I went in right when they opened on a Friday morning and was greeted by Laura, the manager. Being that I am a single mother, I was very happy to see a female there. Laura was extremely friendly and very helpful. I explained what needed to be done and gave her my bidget for the work. She jumped right in, got my car in on the spot and eased my nervousness about being taken advantage of. They did there checks and came back with what needed to be done. They let me go in to the garage with the mechanic and not only showed me and explained in detail the work. I sat and waited for the work to get done and Laura was just great. They way the team there got along and all supported one another, it really is a great place and I had a very pleasant experience. They not only took care of my car, they took care of me and the other customers that came in as well. I have other work that needs to be done and I will be taking my car there for any thing minor or major. It has been a few weeks since I was there and my car, which is an older model car, is running better then ever. Thank you City Garage of Euless and THANK YOU LAURA!!!! more
