In short, I'd say it's worth your time to at least get a quote from this company. They advertised they could save me 10%, and using green cleaning strategies captured my interest. Our business needed to change the cleaning crew due to sub-par performance, so I gave City Commercial Cleaning a chance to give us a quote. They are very competitive, gave us the lowest bid, and they were able to save us money, but the 10% savings was not actually achieved. After three months with them, I can say that we did cut our cleaning costs by about 5%, which is great, and their simple billing and the cleaning service are definitely satisfactory. In summary, their claim to save you 10% on your current cleaning expenses might be a bit of an over-promise, but the bottom line is that you will get the quality of service you're looking for, and probably save money (although, exactly how much is not certain). So if your considering a change, you might want to give them a shot. more

City Commercial is the best of both worlds: they're friendly, efficient and incredibly affordable. They offer that customer service that larger companies are unable to provide but they do just as good a job, if not better when it comes to a deep down clean.
