Since 1994 Michele has provided excellent care for our cats, Pin, and now June and Faust. She is honest, knowledgeable, and caring, and went the extra mile to help us locate a live-in cat sitter when we were going on an extended vacation. I cannot recommend her highly enough - but perhaps the best endorsement is from Faust. Aside from us, Michele is the only other person he has allowed to pet him! more

For many years, I lived in Park Slope, in Brooklyn. Michele is the finest and most knowledgeable cat-sitter I have ever known. Over time, I had one large, often cranky and often very fussy cat, Charlie. Michele was the only one who could handle him. Whenever I had to go away, I could always trust that Charlie would be in his best mood (as good as it got, anyway) and not upset at me. During his sick times, Michele taught me much about taking proper and intelligent care of him. I still miss my fluffy guy, and the two little ones after him (Harry and Moe), but I know that with her loving concern, I was able to give all of them really fine and long lives. Michele is totally honest and responsible, completely reliable, pet-loving and supremely knowledgeable. She is proactive, as well. If something needs taking care of, she will contact you and do it (provided you leave her your contact information). I feel very fortunate to have had a wonderful and professional cat caretaker in my neighborhood. In addition to the cat care, Michele would take care of my plants and bring in the mail, too. We have been a client of City Cat Care for 4 years. Michele Finley's reliability, knowledge, honesty and concern about our cats (3) is unsurpassed. One of our guys requires insulin shots and other meds. Michele has actually taught me a great deal about diabetes and other health concerns as a result of her knowledge and caring. We often travel to remote places where we can not be reached for 2 - 3 weeks at a time. I go away with total Peace of Mind. When I return, it as though I was not even gone. The person behind City Cat Care is Michele Finley, and when talking to our furry fella, Hodge, we refer to her as "Auntie Michele." Michele has provided love and companionship to our cats for 15 years or thereabouts, and we don't know what we'd do without her. Utterly reliable, utterly responsible, utterly honest and accommodating, she's a lot more simpatico with cats and other four-leggers (also birds) than she is with people -- and we consider that high praise.
