I called them and told them I needed my pickup truck towed, gave him my location, and then asked him for a quote. He did not even tell me a quote and began going on a racist fueled belligerent tirade about how he'll do innapropriate things to family members of mine. This all happened within 30 seconds. I don't know if he was drunk or what but I don't know how a business like this could even stay open. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY!! more

I called this business today and the man who answered the phone was upset that I was calling about rates. I just had a question about the cost of a tow job and he went into a profanity laced tirade where he called me different racial slurs and homosexual slurs. I couldn't believe that this was happening. Needless to say I will not EVER use this company again. more

We recently used City Automotive's towing service through our auto club. We were concerned that we would need our car towed more than the 3 miles the auto club allows. When we inquired about the cost per mile over 3 miles, we were quoted approximately $2.50. When the driver arrived, we told him what we were quoted over the phone. He simply shook his head, and said, "I have to get after them. It's $3.00 per mile over 3 miles." Fortunately for us, we didn't need to go over 3 miles, and therefore had no additional charges. However, we were very disappointed that we got two differnt answers. And of course, we are concerned that if we ever have to use them again, and are in an even bigger jam, will we be over a barrel again? The driver was nice enough, and was quick to get us where we were going. However, I am reluctant to use them again, since we got the impression that we were about to be taken advantage of. more
