I was at Citrus during lunch this week and was impressed by the food, service and lively ambiance. Just north of downtown on Orange Ave, this place was perfect for my business luncheon. The Tuna Nicoise salad was seared a perfect med-rare. Delicious!!! Pros: Close to downtown, fast and friendly service more
