Although Charter One seems to be a wonderful bank (I have been with them for years), this location is not so great. Their drive through (one window) is confusing at best, and there is only one line for both the drive through AND the ATM. The poeple inside are rather friendly, but even the atmosphere here is not very good...I prefer to drive further for another location.
