left and not come back.the waitresses not volunteer to wait on me,talk back rude,not volunteer to do job,not want to write down my order did,walked away from waiting on me .had to tell them to come back and do job,interrupt me while i was talking,try to stick finger in food,had to ask waitress to do job,and bring me food,silverware,more food and drink,napkins,bill.gave bill ran away and not come back,brought wrong order and not volunteer to fix it.talked to management.said the waitress not do anything wrong.told him he knew there were alot of problems.and demanded complimentary iced tea drink for compensation.he gave it to me after raised voice. the waitresses were only nice to male customers.and tried to start fights with me and other female customers.the waitresses ask me to her tips.said needed money.said nothing and not give it to her.waitresses said other customers tip stingy more

There was nothing particularly bad here but everything just seemed overwhelmingly average. Last time I was here was on a date, and later found they'd charged my date's card twice. more

Thank you so much Cities for an amazing dinner experience last night! We came with the entire family, plus some, so we were 17 people total, and all of us enjoyed our meals thoroughly! So much food and all delicious! Table was full of appetizers from the spinach dip to the chicken bruschetta and buffalo wings. Then I think all of us had something different from the menu and it was all amazing...i couldn't decide between steak or pasta so a few of us shared...YUM :) We are definitely planning on coming again soon with the family! more

We will never go back, this restaurant has gone totally downhill, took 45 minutes for appetizer, 30 more for salad then raw uncooked food. Terrible service and food was even worse. more

twice been to this restaurant and will not go back.rude managers and employees.had the same complaints twice and the management told me i was a rude customer.and told me it was hard to believe my story and the employees are perfect persons.waitstaff rude to female tables and other tables. rush to get rid of,stick finger in the food,bring wrong order and will not volunteer to correct it,give the bill and run away and not come back,while waiting on the customers the employees walk away and not come back and the customers have to ask them to come back and finish job,they tell customers not want to write it down and did it anyway,interrupt and start fights,yell at customers,complain about needing money tip and tell customers they not make much money,talk on cell telephone while wait on customers,not volunteer to give customers food,drink,silverware and napkins.get angry at customers about not tip them more

Neat enviorment, cute place for a girl's night or a casual meeting. The food is hit or miss depending on what you order, not too big of a selection though. Wonderful wait staff/ hosts. Management is unproffessional though. If you have a comment or complaint it will most likely be brushed aside. If you want a unique dining experience, this is the place to go. more

We went and loved the building but our food was over priced and terrible. Our food was too salty and just sad. I tried to order something else but it also was bad. Just not worth the money. We won't go back. We got the feeling that the club atmosphere is what people go there for, not the food. more

Love Cities! My favorite is their steak salad. So fresh and yummy! Have been there many times for dinner, and most of the time for business lunches. more

First of all, before I begin.... MOST BEAUTIFUL RESTAURANT IN TOWN! Not only is it beautiful, but it has DELICIOUS food & dessert. It has many entree's to choose from in their big menu. For the amount of food you get, to the amazing atmosphere, they have GREAT PRICES!!! My husband and children love going to Cities for dinner. My children love watching the slideshow movie of all the cities around the world. They even have an area with twinkling stars on the ceiling. So pretty! My favorite appetizer is the Calamari...Favorite entree's are the Crab cakes, and the Chicken Parmigiana....DELICIOUS! We try to go about a couple times a week. We always leave happy with the service and of course the food. If you haven't been to Cities it's definitely the place I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a great food with affordable prices! 5 STARS!!! more

We visit cities about 2-3times a month, but not anymore. Tonight we went to Cities for dinner. I ordered the steak and martini. The martini came and it the glass was half full we sent it back. My steak came shortly after, I cut into it and took 2 btes and realized that it was not for me. The steak didn't taste like anything not the seasonig nor the meat. It wasn't good! I sent it back and ask to order the salmon. Instead of being allowed to order the salmon, I was interrogatd as to why I did not want the steak. The manager on duty went to inform the owner and we were then told that I could order the salmon, but would have to pay 50% of the steak as well. i refused because I did not eat 50% of that meal. When I asked for the owner who made that decision he refused to come out. Instead he sends others to do his dirty work. Very rude and not management material If you want to eat at Cities, just be sure of what you are ordering, because if you send it back you will still have to pay for it. Citiesd business and customer has diminished and with stunts like this I can see why. Cities will never have my business again and I urge you to reconsider before eating there. more

We love Cities. But......if you have a problem or a complaint do not depend on management to care. We went Saturday and had ordered and waited quite a long time when we realized the people who came in after us had received salads and food. We had not even received our appeitizer. My husband complained to the hostess and nothing was done. Our waiter could not believe that our appeitizer or salads had not been delivered yet. The management delivered the salads to our table but just set them down and left. No ""how is your food or anything"", She also dresses worse than the hostesses and wait staff. Very unprofessional. Not wanting to make a scene, we paid for our food but probably will find a new ""favorite"" restaurant. Pros: good food Cons: terrible management more

The food is not good. I got half cooked food. I not pay for the meal. I left without eating. I got a bill and refused to pay it. Management is rude. Told me not a problem at all.He told me food and employees are good. I left. Dirty restaurant. Employees not busy and push crumbs off table. Food on floor,not cleaned up. Host/Hostess and Waiters/Waitresses rude. They share the same behavior. Not volunteer to wait on female tables,give menu,talk to,rude looks,interrupt,try to start fights,rush to get rid of,give rude looks,said do not want to write down order not job:did anyway. ,walk away from female tables while waiting on them,Females had to go and ask employee to do job,walk away from female while waiting on them,not volunteer to give bill,food,drink,silverware,drinking glasses,gave wrong order and not volunteer to correct it,gave food ,bill, and drink and try to run away. My family ate at Cities last night with a large group of friends. There were 8 adults and 6 children, including 4 in highchairs. Although it would have been a nightmare for most restaurants, and most servers would be flipping coins to see which unlucky person had to wait on us, we had the opposite experience at Cities! Our server was fantastic and prompt, she even took the orders for the kids first so they wouldn't have to wait as long for their food. The staff was friendly, despite the fact that we were probably very loud and their worst nightmare on a Saturday night, and the food was wonderful. more

One of my all time favorite restaurants!! I'm not sure if it is the food or the atmosphere but I continue to go back here weekly.. the food is spectacular and the decor, even the ceiling is incredibly done.. service is great and they are usually busy at night but I have never had to wait more then 5 minutes! more

I have been here twice now and we had Sam for our waiter,and you talk about service he is the best.I have told my friends about the restaurant and we had our two friends b-day there Sat the 15th and then headed to Tanglewood for the light show. The food was so good my girlfriend ordered the crab dip to go for her family. The portion you recieve was more than enough we all took half home. I had the salmon and it was perfect,my girlfriend had primerib she said it was wonderful. The desserts you can""t even imagine Sam brought it out and had written happy b-day in strawberry syrup that was so cute.So if you want to do something fun for the holiday go there for a girl night out meet Sam in the bar and then go to the lights you""ll have lots of fun. more

the female waitresses are only nice to tables with males and children. always rude to female only tables.the waitresses put crumbs off the table onto the floor. and not clean it up. female waitresses will not volunteer t wait on female tables. a list of things that waitress will not do to females: not want to write down order,bring food,drink and bill. check to see if females need anything more after food is brought to table. female customers have to ask them to do it. sometimes the females get out of the chair.have to ask the waitress to come back to the table. waitresses not want to write down order.they say it is not a job requirement. waitresses run away from female at tables,not come back. management sees it.not do anything about it, more
