Hands down, Ciro's on Katy Freeway can't be beat! We always dine at the bar and are greeted like family. Rommel, Kline, Jesus, Chris, Everardo - are the best. My Sangria palate is particular and they prepare it to my liking! Tim Romano is also like family - always providing a personal greeting and making food extra special - in his own way. The crab claws are mouth watering! Their seafood is superb and of course, they have the best roasted red bell pepper soup!!!!\r \r With warm welcomes, great food, and personal attention, I feel like I am back in Italy with my own family!!! more

Ciro's is my family's favorite place and always turns any evening into a special event. The staff is spot-on no matter your needs (Eddie your the greatest!). They are quick to accomodate your taste buds with recommendations on or off the menu whether its old standards like scratch made lasagna or my personal favorite, eggplant rollatine. Prices are very reasonable, my family of four escapes under $80. When the meal is over, the whole family, young and old, can enjoy a game of Bocce Ball on one of two outdoor courts. Great food, nice atmosphere. I love to start with a nice Margarita Pizza and my delicious Pollo spousa. Just to have the good ending nothing better than their Italian cream cake with a cup of a tasty cappuccino made it by Romel don' t miss it. And if you want to feel at home just ask for Eddie he will really make it happen you will love it. Nothing better than having a nice family restaurant around the neighborhood. more

Wow! Service , real smiles and the kind of individual attention that will make one a habitue of Ciro's for decades. \r Tim Romano, a manager, asked my wife and I one night, ""What about something special?"" He proceeded to dazzle our taste buds with his own creation. A special thanks to that young man.\r The consistency of the food never varies. Quite an accomplishment. Except for locals in the know, Ciro's is one of the best kept dining secrets in Houston. Always great food served by a very attentative staff ( Carlos, Christina and Rey to name a few) and deftly managed in a way that makes everyone who comes in feel like family . On top of the consistentantly mouth-watering traditional menu items, Tim seems to find new twists on some old favorites , the Margarita Pizza with calamari is too good and his Kens Plate is crisp and light with boiled shrimp and buffalo mozzarella on bed of tomatoes and greens. And, the Momma ""C"" for dessert is to die for. more

Ciro's not only has great food and a wonderful waitstaff, but it is the place to be in the fall and spring for the Bocce League! What a great excuse for getting fresh air, good wine and meet up with friends! We have been playing for over 10 years and have met some great people. League will start late in September and end before the holidays. Ciro also throws in some Ciro's shirts and trophies! more

My Family and I have been eating here for over 20 years and love everything about this place. My favorite part is when you walk in the building the smell coming from the kitchen is like walkinig into my gradma's house. \r \r The Staff is amazing and will do anything that you ask of them. I can't tell you how many times Jesus and Tim have made up some ridiculous meal for us because thats what we wanted. IF YOU WANT IT ASK THEM THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST!! Our family have been regulars for over 15 years and there is simply not another restaurant in Houston with the combination of great and consistent Italian food, resonable prices and family atmosphere than Ciro's. The sunday brunch is a family favorite--first Church then Ciro's, what an awesome combination.\r \r Besides all of the above it is just FUN!!!! more

My husband and I have dedicated every Wednesday night to ""date night"" for the last 17 years. You would too, if you had 5 kids like we do! Over the past several years, Ciros has been ""our spot,"" because the service at the bar is amazing. Jesus C. and Rommy are not just fantastic professionals, I feel like they're our friends. They ask about our kids and we ask about theirs. When our son committed suicide this October, they both were so sweet. They teared up and were truly concerned and sorry. How many do that? This was the first place we went after Erik's death, because we wanted to be with ""family."" more

Ciro's is one of our favorite lunch/dinner spots that we have been enjoying for 20+ years now! They have recently moved to the other side of I-10 when the freeway expansion happened. We frequent the restaurant multiple times a week. Whether you are with your family, or have a big business meeting and would like everyone to enjoy a great Italian meal served the right way, Ciro's won't disappoint.. Eddy - is our regular ""go-to"" waiter. Although everyone they have in their wait staff is really great! They are very knowledgeable about their menu/specials and you can trust their recommendations. Everything on the menu is pretty good, but my friends and I would bet anyone that their HOME-MADE RAVIOLIS & EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA is the absolute best in the state of Texas! And if you want a real treat...try Ciro's famous ""MAMA C"" or a jar of his COOKIES to complete your feast! They also do catering! Enjoy! more

Ciro's on Campbell moved in 2005 to 9755 Katy Freeway following the widening of I10. The name is Ciro's Italian Grill. Citysearch is out of date, as they read these reviews prior to publishing 'your Neighborhood search does not work at all'.\r The old location was friendly fun and crowded, they always found you a table after a glass or two of wine at the narrow bar. I have only eaten at the new location once but it does not disappoint and in some ways is better. Food is just as good careful wine choice ensures your wine is always good, ambiance great although this is definately a family oriented restaurant kids sometimes appear to run riot, you are warned. Do not bring a date here to impress her bring her here to relax have fun and enjoy people enjoying themselves. I have never had a bad meal here except the Italian Nachos which I do not enjoy. The menu is relatively small but not a bad thing as it is all good. Their pizzas are excellant, pastas good ask the waiter to explain the ingredients. Entrees are great especially anything veal. I visited Ciros on my birthday 11/17 and I had the most wonderful dinner. We showed up, didn't have a reservation and was seated promptly. The Pecan Crusted Tilapia was perfection.\r \r The server was ever present without being intrusive. They brought me the most wonderful desert as a birthday gift to include singing Happy Birthday.\r \r I highly recommend this restuarant.\r \r The cost for 2 was about $60.00 Pros: Wonderful Food and excellent service more
