First I want to say that the sweet customer service girl here was wonderful - she did everything she could and was as polite as possible. However, when the customer service representatives are more business savvy than the Store Manager, it makes you want to ask somebody what damn time it is! I went in to get a price match against Best Buy (on a laptop). They refused to do it based on the fact that Best Buy did not currently have the item in stock - understandable, they must have limitations to the price match, and I can certainly see where this would pose problems. My issue isn't with the fact that they refused, but with the fact that even when the customer service person had enough sense to realize an exception may be warranted, the Store Manager refused without even so much as asking what it was, why, the price difference or anything. Not one single question.
