This has to be the worst store in Columbus. There is no sales reps to help. They don't keep the inventory on the shelves, so you need to take a 'ticket', which generally don't exist anyhow, to the counter. Unable to get a 'ticket', you need to memorize the number. I bought a lap-top there, and I actually got in trouble by a sales clerk for waiting patiently, not interupting him, but waiting patiently, to ask questions. You have to stand somewhere else while waiting for a sales clerk I guess. I had purchased a DVD player I wanted (Best Buy was out of stock), and the box looked like it had been beaten with a baseball bat. They claimed they didn't have any other ones, so I told them I was getting it for a gift and it needed to be presentable (I lied), so they gave me another one that looked fine (they lied initially). What a useless store. Avoid at all costs.
Pros: They have many things in stock
Cons: Terrible customer service
