Circle of Life's mission: To help clients remain in the comfort of their own homes. This is accomplished by providing supportive care staff and/or home health aides to our clients from a few hours a month up to 24 hours a day.
Circle of Life is entirely managed by Registered Nurses.
All client care and staff supervised by Registered Nurses at no cost to you.
Circle of Life offers two programs to meet your needs. Our Supportive Care Program and a Specialty Care Program allow clients to move between programs without leaving staff they are familiar with.
Our Support Staff Program provides for any or all of the following: companionship, errands, safety monitoring for "forgetful" clients, meals preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, assistance with walking, assistance with bathing and/or grooming, help with medication reminders as well as may provide updates to families. Other tasks as requested.
Our C.N.A. Specialty Care Program is designed for clients with extra needs such as Hoyer lifts, bed bound clients, wheelchair-dependent clients and those who need full assistance or who have a high potential for falls. Nurses available to set up medications as well.
Nursing Program - For clients that require the skills of a trained nurse. Example: Medication administration, tracheotomies, ventilators, IV administration. Staff trained in Pediatrics and Geriatrics.
