A place where people care about customer service... 7/3/2011

I don't live in the Tulare area, but I produce a barrel race at the fairgrounds once a year there. Circle N has become a regular stop (along with the Black Bear diner) when we are in town because it is not only a GREAT place to shop, but the folks there treat us nice and never make us feel out of place because we are not local to the area. more
