Circle Auto Body personnel all act professional. They discuss the damage to your vehicle. They ask if you have any questions about the repair that is going to be done. They work with your insurance company to get your vehicle repaired and returned to you in a timely manner. If there is a delay in the repair you receive a call and they explain why and how long it will take. I have seen my friends take their vehicle to other shops. They have had to constantly call to find out about a delay in their repair. They have run into leaving messages or waiting on the phone for long periods of time. After a car accident, my insurance company had my car towed here. I had no idea what to expect, especially since I had never heard of them, but I was extremely happy with how things turned out. When I went to pick up my car, I couldn't even tell that it had been damaged. The paint was an exact match (hard to disguise with an orange car!). Since the other person's insurance company paid for everything, I have no idea what the final bill came to, or how it would compare with other body shops in the area. more
