Cirby Self Storage

DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR THINGS!! We had some of our things stolen from here, and someone else's added to ours!!! How does something like this happen with a code for the gate and cameras? We should've been wary when we got a message in the mail two years ago saying that ""our lock had accidentally been cut and they were replacing it""...Bad mistake trusting them when we called...Diane said that the lock was replaced. We haven't been to our unit in over three years due to distance, work, school, etc...\r A few days ago , when we finally made it here...she admitted that the lock was off for a short period of time...Maybe it was during this time that people came in a stole my husband's tools, weedeater, his deceased sister's things, a 100 year old chest, movies on VHS and DVD, some can't be replaced, music, books, wall paintings, a guitar that his siter bought him, two tapestries that I've had for years and were gifts!!! All of my wind chimes that I've had for years!!! Whatever they didn't steal...they ripped open most of the remaining boxes and bags, and put their nasty crap on top of ours...JUST THREW IT IN!!! They had boxes of make-up, rubber stamps, incense, porn, some clothes, condoms..weird stuff for a storage unit?! They also left their beer bottles , as well!\r We didn't even get an apology from Diane...just ""well, you were late a few times""...does that give someone the right to steal from you?! NO!!! They other lady working there kept saying, ""I don't know anything about this, I didn't do anything.."" she also left the office when the police came...which I found suspicious, as well! \r If you dare rent from here...INSURE YOUR THINGS!! AND DON'T KEEP ANYTHING OF SENTIMENTAL VALUE!!! DON'T TRUST THEIR SECURITY HERE NOR THE LOCKED GATE!!! \r \r more

My husband and I have had a storage unit at Cirby Self Storage for a few years now. The unit we have is the perfect size for our needs. There was no pressure to upsize for something we didn't need! The facility has cameras all around and it is very clean! Diane is always a pleasure to speak with on the phone if we ever have an issue. Thanks Diane, for all your hard work! The only drawback is trying to get into the place off of the busy road, when there is one vehicle or more ahead of you. Watch your rear bumper! more

I really appreciate how Diane makes you feel so special. She is very helpful and nice when talking to you on the phone. I never rented a storage space before and wasn't sure what I needed. Other places said I needed any where from a 10x20 to a 12x15, but when I explained to Diane what I needed she said a 10x10 would do it. Once I finished loading the storage room I even had space left over. Thank you Diane for helping me in my time of need. more

I was looking for a place to store my camper and called around to several places. When I taked to Diane she was very helpful and pleasant on the phone. She made th process of renting a space easy, enjoyable and I felt like they really cared that my business was important to them. Recommend them to anyone looking to store items large and small.\r I will use them again I am sure. more
