Ciraulo, Joe - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a client of State Farm and Joe Ciraulo's office for about 20 years. I never felt the need to change, do to the outstanding service. Costumer service is extremely important to me, along with honestly and ethics. Like the commercial says, " like a good neighbor State Farm is there". Joe Ciraulo and his staff are always there for my needs. If I have a question, I can speak with someone directly, a staff member answers the phone instantly. I don't have to waste time and go through the prompts like other companies to be helped. I can call and ask to speak to Sue, who has always been available to help me with any questions. It is important to me that I able to speak to the same person, some other companies you never know who you may get on the phone or you can't get the same person back. The entire staff is curtious, knowledgeable and always friendly. They have come to my home to help make it more convenient for me. They will go the extra mile to help me feel confident that I am getting the best choice for my needs and not to benefit them. more
